OPERATIONS BASES

Maintenance and mobilisation of all equipment is performed at Aquatic's bases in:

  • Morgan City, Louisiana, USA
  • Peterhead, Scotland, UK and
  • Singapore.
The Peterhead yard (3,000m2) forms part of the Aberdeen Service Company (ASCO) complex that is ideally situated for providing services to the North Sea oilfields.

The complex is contained within a security fence and offers a variety of 24-hour facilities including open quayside, heavy lift capacity craneage, machine shop, vessel bunkering services and on-site office accommodation.

The main Aquatic yard contains a workshop (1000m2) with 2 x 10Te overhead cranes, fabrication and machining facilities, a 300m2 office and canteen facility with full IT services with direct link to the Aberdeen office. Additional fabrication facilities are also available on a 24-hour basis for immediate call out.

In Singapore the Aquatic storage yard area changes on asset arrival and departure utilising the supply base supporting services and 3rd party contractors. Additional fabrication facilities are also available on a 24-hour basis for immediate call out.

In the Gulf of Mexico region, maintenance and mobilisation of all equipment is performed at Aquatic’s storage area within the InterMoor base in Morgan City, Louisiana. Much like Singapore, the storage yard area has easy water or road access to any coastal mobilisation point; it's a flexible area and changes dependant on the inventory in country.
