Quality assuranceThe Quality Management element of our IMS is designed to ensure that the delivery of products and services occurs with strong customer focus. The aim is to generate customer satisfaction through consistently meeting the requirements agreed with our customers.
Aquatic’s original Quality Management System was first certified during October 1993 by the British Standards Institute (BSI). Since then the system has been subject to improvement and update and many re-certifications.
More recently, the system has become an integral part of the IMS and BSI certification to ISO 9001 has been successfully maintained.
